Island Moss Presents: Caribbean Inspired Smoothie Bowls!



A Taste of the Islands to Start Your Day Right!



12 oz of Island Breeze Island Moss Smoothie 
1/4 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
1/4 cup offers or frozen pineapple
1/4 cup of fresh or frozen mango
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk or substitute

2 heaping tbsp of Island Moss sea moss



Top with : desiccated coconut, granola, goji berries, pistachios

In a blender add in fruits along with coconut milk and sea moss. Blend until smooth. If you want a more frozen consistency add in a handful of ice before blending. Pour into bowl and top with ingredients above. Enjoy your Bahama mama smoothie bowl!

If you already have Island moss smoothies on hand; Add 12 ounces of Island Moss Tropical Twist to a bowl, top with assorted ingredients! Enjoy!





1/3 cup of Strawberry Sunrise

1/3 cup of Tango Mango

1/3 cup of Green Goddess

Toppers: sliced strawberries, sliced mango or pineapple, crushed pistachios and kiwi

Add each variety of smoothie to bowl in a line. You want to capture the  infamous beloved red, yellow and green of the island culture. Top each smoothie with corresponding ingredient by colour.
